Our Grilled Salmon is what happens when we let the seafood speak for itself and simply give it the stage it deserves. We start with a fresh Atlantic fillet, brush it lightly with oil, herbs, and citrus, then kiss it on a hot grill until the skin is delicately crisp and the center stays tender, rosy, and moist. 


Each slice flakes away at the touch of a fork, carrying just a hint of smoke from the grill. We plate it with a rotation of seasonal vegetables-think blistered green beans, roasted carrots, or charred broccolini-so the dish always feels in step with the market and the weather outside. A bright drizzle, often lemony or herb-forward, pulls everything together and keeps the flavors lifted rather than heavy. For the glass beside it, we usually suggest a chilled Sauvignon Blanc or a rounded Chardonnay, depending on your mood.
